XPD is Australia's own expedition length adventure race that will be staged in the Snowy Mountains 17 -28 November 2008. Website is www.xpd.com.au

The inaugural Alps Epic will be held in March 2009. It is to become an annual 5 day event that will tour the Snowy Mountains region. Each day will comprise one or two stages before participants continue on to a new town or overnight stop. Stages will range from short 8km time trials to longer 60km marathon legs.
